The “Internet & Mobile Bundle” promotion (Promotion) is organised and promoted by Lightwire Limited (Lightwire), a New Zealand registered company.
The Promotion runs from 12:00am Sunday 14 June 2026 until 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June 2026 (Promotion Period).
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible customers will receive two (2) months credit on an eligible Lightwire fixed wireless broadband plan. Eligible customers will also receive three (3) months free on one eligible Lightwire mobile pay monthly plan, credited monthly to the customer’s account.
“Eligible Lightwire fixed wireless broadband plans” means selected residential Lightwire fixed wireless broadband plans listed at www.lightwire.co/home/broadband, as determined by Lightwire from time to time.
The Promotion is only available to new Lightwire customers who sign up to both: a) an eligible Lightwire fixed wireless broadband plan; and b) an eligible Lightwire mobile pay monthly plan, during the Promotion Period.
Existing Lightwire broadband customers and existing Lightwire mobile customers are not eligible for the Promotion.
To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must: a) be aged 18 years or older; b) place an eligible order during the Promotion Period either online at www.lightwire.co using promo code FD26OFFER, or by contacting Lightwire directly and quoting the offer and promo code FD26OFFER c) sign up to and maintain an active eligible Lightwire fixed wireless broadband plan listed at www.lightwire.co/home/broadband; and d) ensure their eligible Lightwire mobile service is provisioned and activated by 31 August 2026.
Customers must maintain an active Lightwire fixed wireless broadband service for the duration of the promotional period in order to remain eligible for the three (3) months free mobile plan offer.
The Promotion is limited to one (1) eligible mobile plan per household/account.
Promotional credits will be applied monthly to the customer’s Lightwire account over a three (3) month period from the date the eligible mobile service is activated. Broadband credits will be applied to the customer’s account over a two (2) month period from the date the broadband service is activated. The Promotion is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Customers must maintain an active eligible fixed wireless broadband service and eligible mobile service with Lightwire to continue receiving promotional credits. If either service is cancelled, suspended, or disconnected, any remaining promotional credits will be forfeited.
Standard installation for eligible fixed wireless broadband services is included at no additional charge as part of this Promotion. Non-standard installation charges may still apply where additional work or equipment is required.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lightwire offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated by Lightwire. The Promotion applies to residential consumer services only and excludes prepaid mobile services and business plans.
Incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or illegible entries/orders may be deemed invalid at Lightwire’s discretion. Lightwire is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failed submissions outside its reasonable control.
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Lightwire’s Privacy Policy. Information will be used for administering the Promotion, providing services to participants, marketing communications where consent has been given, and internal reporting and analytics. Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Lightwire.
Participation in any promotional photography, video, or publicity activity is voluntary. Where consent is provided, participants agree that Lightwire may use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes for up to two (2) years after the Promotion Period.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightwire reserves the right, acting reasonably, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control, fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances affecting the integrity or operation of the Promotion.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightwire is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising in connection with the Promotion.
Service availability depends on location, coverage, and network suitability. Broadband speeds and performance may vary due to location, signal strength, network congestion, device capability, and other environmental or technical factors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
