Terms & conditions

1. By entering this promotion, each entrant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

2. Entry into the prize draw is granted only once the customer has selected a charity for Lightwire to donate to on their behalf.

3. Only one entry per customer is permitted.

4. Prizes will be allocated by random draw. Customers cannot choose or nominate which prize they are entered to win.

5. The prize draw will take place on 1 June 2026. Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 business days, Lightwire reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. All prizes are subject to any applicable terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.

7. Lightwire is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of prizes.

8. By accepting a prize, winners agree to their name being published and to participate in any reasonable promotional activity requested by Lightwire.

9. Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian businesses only, unless otherwise specified.

10. Lightwire’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Subject to applicable law, Lightwire Limited and its employees are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

12. All personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Lightwire’s Privacy Policy.
