Fixed wireless uses radio signals from a nearby tower to deliver fast internet straight to your home — no fibre or copper cables needed. It’s a great option for rural or hard-to-reach areas where traditional broadband isn’t available.

How long does installation take?

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll confirm your coverage and schedule an installer. Most homes are up and running in just a couple of hours on installation day. You can let us know what date you require installation and we will work hard to make the date you need.

Can I use my own Wi-Fi router?

In most cases, yes — but we recommend using the router we provide. It’s tested for our network and includes smart WiFi features to get the best coverage across your home. You won't be eligible for a whole-home WiFi guarantee unfortunately.
