We believe sustainability isn't a buzzword. It's about doing the right things - by our land and the communtities.

We don’t pretend to have all the answers. But we do know this: every business has a role in caring for a planet with finite resources. So we lean in.

We focus on three key pillars:

Grow — Plant native trees to restore habitat, improve water and soil quality, and capture carbon
Protect — Ensure planted forests stay healthy and secure for at least 100 years
Impact — Reduce the footprint of our staff, operations, and tech through continuous innovation

These aren’t just nice ideas. They guide what we do daily.

How We’re Making a Difference

We’ve committed to restoring riparian zones - the strips of land beside rivers, streams, and wetlands - because they matter.

These natural buffers filter sediment and nutrients before they reach waterways, prevent erosion, and create thriving habitats for birds, bees, insects, and native species.

Through our partnership with the Jackson family on their Te Akau farm in Waikato, we’ve planted hundreds of native trees and shrubs — mingimingi, kahikatea, tōtara, kānuka, and ribbonwood among them.

Most recently, 600 seedlings found new homes in the gullies and wetlands that needed them most.
