Terms & Conditions
1. The “$200 credit on sign up” promotion (the Promotion) is organised by Lightwire Limited (Lightwire), a New Zealand registered company.
2. The Promotion runs from 12:00am on Monday 3rd November 2025 to 11:59pm on Sunday 30 November 2025 (the Promotion Period).
3. These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
4. Lightwire will notify potential participants of their eligibility to enter by:
- Mailing promotional materials to eligible addresses on Lightwire’s promotional list (Eligible Addresses); and/or
- Door-to-door visits by authorised Lightwire representatives to Eligible Addresses.
5. The Promotion includes the following:
- $200 credit on sign up for any Lightwire fixed wireless plan;
6. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must:
a) Place an order through lightwire.co.nz for a fixed wireless connection at an Eligible Address during the Promotion Period;
b) Enter the promotional code WELCOMEBOOST at checkout; and
c) Ensure their fixed wireless service is installed and activated no later than 30 December 2025.
d) All fixed wireless connections provided under this Promotion are subject to Lightwire’s standard terms and conditions for residential services, available at www.lightwire.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. By placing an order, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by those terms in addition to these Promotion Terms.
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lightwire promotional offer or incentive.
8. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are New Zealand residents. Employees and contractors of Lightwire, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
9. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to Lightwire sharing their contact details (including name and email address) with third-party suppliers solely for the purpose of prize or promotional delivery.
10. Participation in any promotional photography, video, or media activity is optional. Where a participant agrees to such publicity, they consent to Lightwire using their image, name, and/or likeness in promotional material for a period of up to 2 years from the end of the Promotion Period. Lightwire will not withhold the Prize if a participant declines to be involved in publicity.
11. Participants must not promote or advertise their involvement in the Promotion or any related benefits without prior written consent from Lightwire.
12. Lightwire’s decision in relation to any part of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Lightwire may cancel, amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if required due to circumstances beyond its control, or if fraud or technical failure occurs. In such cases, Lightwire shall not be liable for any resulting costs or damages.
14. Lightwire will collect and store personal information provided by participants in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. This information will only be used for:
• Administering the Promotion;
• Direct marketing (if the participant has consented); and
• Internal analytics or market research.
Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Lightwire.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightwire, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.
16. The Promotion is only valid for new sign-ups. Existing customers cannot enter The Promotion.
