Double Rebate Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Lightwire Limited (“Lightwire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to eligible channel partners participating in the Lightwire rebate programme.These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Lightwire’s standard Business Terms and Conditions available at: www.lightwire.co/terms-conditions-business
In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the standard Business Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency for the purposes of this Promotion only.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00am NZT on 1 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm NZT on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
No late submissions will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility
This Promotion is available exclusively to selected existing Lightwire channel partners who:
are enrolled in the Lightwire rebate programme at the time of participation;
have received direct communication from Lightwire regarding this Promotion;
and maintain an active and compliant partner account in good standing with Lightwire throughout the Promotion Period and rebate term.
The Promotion is not transferable and is not available to:
non-partner entities;
newly onboarded partners unless expressly approved by Lightwire in writing; or
partners suspended, terminated, or otherwise in breach of their obligations to Lightwire.
Lightwire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine partner eligibility.
4. Promotional Offer
Eligible partners will receive double the standard rebate rate applicable to qualifying services for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the relevant service activation date.
At the conclusion of the twelve (12) month promotional period, rebate payments will automatically revert to the applicable standard rebate rates in effect at that time.
Rebate adjustments and promotional rebate calculations will be administered by Lightwire internally through the Illume partner platform and associated billing systems.
5. Qualifying Services
The following services qualify for the Promotion where submitted and accepted during the Promotion Period:
Data Services
UFB Broadband — BS2 and BS3 plans
Hyperfibre — all tiers
Fixed Mobile Access (FMA)
Mobile Services
Mobile Plans — Individual, Teams, and Group plans
Voice Services
3CX — PRO and SMB
SIP Trunking — all configurations
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Lightwire may amend, substitute, or withdraw qualifying services at any time without prior notice. Current rebate rate cards and qualifying product information are available within the Illume partner portal under Resources.
6. Qualifying Transactions
To qualify for the Promotion:
the order must relate to:
a new customer service connection; or
an additional product, upgrade, add-on, or new qualifying service added to an existing customer account;
the order must be fully completed, signed, and submitted:via Lightwire digital contract; or
through the Illume self-service partner portal;
the submission must be received by Lightwire no later than 5:00pm NZT on 30 June 2026; and the service must subsequently proceed to successful activation.
For avoidance of doubt:
service upgrades;
product add-ons;
additional services to existing customers; and
migrations into qualifying products may qualify for the Promotion at Lightwire’s discretion.
7. Rebate Payment Conditions
Promotional rebates:
apply only to approved qualifying services successfully activated by Lightwire;
are payable in accordance with Lightwire’s standard rebate payment processes and timelines;
are subject to ongoing customer billing and account good standing;
may appear differently on commission or rebate invoices due to promotional adjustments; and
will cease immediately if the underlying service is cancelled, disconnected, suspended, or becomes ineligible.
No rebates are payable:
on cancelled orders;
duplicated orders;
non-qualifying products or services;
services not activated; or
orders submitted outside the Promotion Period.
8. Exclusions
Unless otherwise agreed by Lightwire in writing, the Promotion does not apply to:
existing rebates already subject to separate promotional arrangements;
retrospective claims;renewals without a qualifying upgrade or additional service;
internal Lightwire accounts;
trial services; orany transaction deemed by Lightwire to be non-genuine, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intent of the Promotion.
9. Verification and Audit
Lightwire reserves the right to:
verify all submissions and eligibility criteria;
request additional information or documentation;decline or reverse promotional rebates where eligibility requirements are not met; and
audit partner transactions relating to the Promotion.
Any determination made by Lightwire regarding eligibility, qualification, rebate entitlement, or interpretation of these terms shall be final.
10. Changes and Withdrawal
Lightwire reserves the right to:
amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time; and
modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice,provided that no such amendment will retrospectively remove rebate entitlements already approved under the Promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Lightwire shall not be liable for:
any indirect, consequential, or economic loss;
loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity; or
any technical, system, or submission errors affecting participation in the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Lightwire’s standard Business Terms and Conditions.
