Endless Data Plans


If your Plan includes Endless Data:

  • Data use is throttled to 1.2Mbps once you reach your Plan’s data allowance.
  • You can purchase a Data Add-On (1GB or 5GB Boost) to remove throttling and restore access to maximum available speed for the add-on allowance.
  • Standard throttling applies again once the Add-On data is used up, unless further Add-Ons are purchased.
  • The amount of your full speed data allowance varies depending on which plan you have.

Network Features

Depending on your Plan, the following may also be included:

  • Daily Roaming in eligible destinations.
  • WiFi Calling and 5G access (on supported handsets).
  • Operator-determined barring options.
  • eSIM support.

Calling

  • Endless calls & TXTs are for standard person-to-person calls and TXTs to standard NZ and Australian numbers. Excludes special and premium numbers (i.e. short codes). Mobile use only.
  • If you change plan, any existing discounts you may have on your mobile account, will be removed.
  • Any non-standard calls will be charged per minute, rounded up to the closest full minute, unless otherwise stated by the service provider.
  • To use Wifi Calling, customers need a VoLTE enabled voice calling plan, an eligible phone with Wifi Calling turned on & a good quality Wifi connection. See wifi calling for more info.
  • Satellite text and calling are not unavailable
  • Calls to voicemail are free

Companion Plans

A Companion Plan can only be added to an active Primary plan. All plans must be on the same billing account. The 50GB Companion Plan is a special access plan available only to customers on a 50GB Primary plan. If you have a 50GB Primary plan, you are eligible to add up to 3 Companion Plans on the 50GB plan at a discounted rate.

Important:

If the Primary plan is downgraded from 50GB to a lower plan, eligibility for the 50GB Companion Plan is immediately lost. All 50GB Companion Plans must be cancelled, removed or changed as part of the downgrade process.

50GB Companion Plans cannot remain active without a 50GB Primary plan Account Control and Privacy. When a number is added as a Companion Plan, it becomes part of the Primary account holder’s account. This means the Primary account holder:

  • Is responsible for all charges incurred.
  • Has full administrative control over all plans on the account

They can:

  • View call and text records (excluding content)
  • Change plans, add-ons, and restrictions
  • Add or remove services
  • Suspend or terminate any plan
