Terms & Conditions

1. The Partner and Business Survey 2026 Prize Draw (the Promotion) is run by Lightwire Limited (Lightwire), a New Zealand registered company.

2. The Promotion runs from 12:00am on [day, date] 2026 to 11:59pm on [day, date] 2026 (the Promotion Period). All times are New Zealand time.

3. These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the Promotion. By entering, entrants accept these Terms.

4. The Promotion is open to individuals who:
a) are aged 18 years or over and live in New Zealand or Australia;
b) work for or represent an organisation that is a current Lightwire Wholesale Partner, Channel Partner, or direct Business customer; and
c) received an invitation to complete the Lightwire Wholesale Partner, Channel Partner, or Business Survey 2026 (together, the Surveys).
Employees and contractors of Lightwire, and their immediate family members, cannot enter.

5. To enter, an eligible individual must answer every question in one of the Surveys and submit it within the Promotion Period, including the name, organisation and contact details asked for at the end. Partially completed surveys are not entered into the draw.

6. Only one entry per person is accepted. More than one person from the same organisation may enter, but no organisation can win more than one Prize.

7. Survey answers have no bearing on the chance of winning. Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries across the three Surveys.

8. Entering, or choosing not to enter, has no effect on any organisation's pricing, commercial terms, or account with Lightwire.

9. There are two (2) prizes, each a Bonfire gift card worth NZ$500 (each a Prize). The total prize pool is NZ$1,000.

10. Each Prize is awarded to the individual winner, not their organisation. Winners are responsible for checking that accepting the Prize is allowed under their employer's gift or conflict of interest policies. If a winner cannot accept the Prize for this reason, they may decline it and Lightwire will draw another winner.

11. Gift cards are subject to Bonfire's own terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Lightwire is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

12. The Prize draw will be held on Friday 27 November 2026. Lightwire will contact both winners that day by email and/or phone, using the details provided in their Survey entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, Lightwire may draw a new winner. Lightwire will send each Prize within 14 days of confirming the winner's details.

13. Participation in any promotional activity is optional. Where a winner agrees to publicity, they consent to Lightwire using their name, organisation name, and/or image in promotional material for up to 2 years from the end of the Promotion Period. Lightwire will not withhold a Prize if a winner declines publicity.

14. Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries are invalid. Lightwire accepts no responsibility for lost or late entries, or for technical issues affecting the Surveys or entry.

15. Lightwire will collect and store personal information provided by entrants in line with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and, for Australian entrants, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This information will only be used for:
• administering the Promotion;
• understanding feedback and improving Lightwire's products and services; and
• direct marketing, where the entrant has consented.
Entrants can access and correct their personal information by contacting Lightwire.

16. Lightwire's decision on any part of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Lightwire may cancel, amend, suspend, or end the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control require it, or if fraud or technical failure occurs. In those cases, Lightwire is not liable for any resulting costs or damages.

18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightwire, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from taking part in the Promotion or using a Prize. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights entrants have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
