$50 off unlimited fixed wireless promotion 2026

Terms & Conditions

1. The “$50 off unlimited fixed wireless” promotion (the Promotion) is organised by Lightwire Limited (Lightwire), a New Zealand registered company.

2. The Promotion runs from 12:00am on 15 October 2026 to 11:59pm on 31 December 2026 (the Promotion Period).

3. These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

4. The Promotion gives eligible new customers $50 incl. GST ($43.48 excl. GST) off the monthly plan charge of any Lightwire unlimited fixed wireless plan for the first six months of service (the Discount).

5. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must: (a) place an order through lightwire.co for an unlimited fixed wireless plan at an address within Lightwire’s fixed wireless coverage during the Promotion Period; (b) enter the promotional code SAVE50 at checkout; and (c) have their fixed wireless service installed and activated no later than 31 January 2027.

6. The Discount is applied as a $50 incl. GST credit on each of the first six monthly invoices, starting from the date the service is activated. From the seventh month, the standard monthly price of the chosen plan applies.

7. The Discount applies to unlimited fixed wireless plans only. It does not apply to data-capped plans, add-ons, hardware, one-off charges or other services on the account. If the customer changes to a plan that is not an unlimited fixed wireless plan during the six months, the Discount ends from the date of that change.

8. If the service is cancelled before the six months are up, any remaining Discount is forfeited. The Discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or account.

9. The Promotion is only valid for new sign-ups. Existing Lightwire customers are not eligible. The Discount is limited to one per customer and one per address.

10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lightwire promotional offer or incentive.

11. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are New Zealand residents. Employees and contractors of Lightwire, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

12. All fixed wireless connections provided under this Promotion are subject to Lightwire’s standard terms and conditions for residential services, available at www.lightwire.co/home-terms-conditions. By placing an order, participants agree to be bound by those terms in addition to these Terms.

13. Lightwire’s decision in relation to any part of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Lightwire may cancel, amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if required due to circumstances beyond its control, or if fraud or technical failure occurs. In such cases, Lightwire shall not be liable for any resulting costs or damages.

15. Lightwire will collect and store personal information provided by participants in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. This information will only be used for administering the Promotion, direct marketing (if the participant has consented), and internal analytics or market research. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Lightwire.

16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightwire, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion.
