How to relocate your Lightwire service

1. Log in
Head to your Customer Portal and sign in.

2. Register your move
Scroll to the bottom of your homepage and click ‘Register Move.’

3. Enter your details

Pop in your new address. If it’s within our coverage area, confirm your contact details and submit the form.

We’ll take it from there — simple as that.

Coverage information

Unfortunately, Lightwire isn't available everywhere. However, if you're moving urban, we can connect you to fibre so please let us know if this is the case. If you're sticking rural, see the following info on what to expect depending on where you relocate:

Waikato and BoP

If you’re moving within these areas but see an “out of coverage” message in your portal, don’t worry.Call 0800 12 13 14 — we’ll explore your options and see how we can help.

Outside these areas

If you’re moving beyond our network, get in touch to close your account. We’ll make sure everything’s wrapped up smoothly.
